Foie Gras French Toasted Paired with Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Rye
Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Rye: Process: Charcoal-mellowed through sugar maple; aged in hand-crafted, toasted and charred new American white oak barrels. Color: Golden Brown. Aroma: Ripe fruit mingled with notes of light toasted oak. Taste: Delicate notes of vanilla and caramel on entry, giving way to rich peppery spice. Finish: Pleasant lingering finish
Foie Gras French Toast: Ginger Citrus French Toast Cooked to Golden Brown and Topped with Seared Foie Gras and Marion Blackberry Jam Drizzled with Jack Daniel’s Maple Syrup

Aroma: Oaky, with a pleasant smokiness and subtle sweet notes. Taste: Spicy, oaky flavor. Finish: Bold, with smoky, smooth notes of vanilla and caramel
Flash Fried Zucchini Blossoms & Tomato Soup Shooter: Goat Cheese, Sundried Tomato and Basil Stuffed Tempura Batter and Fried Zucchini Flowers Served with San Marzano Tomato Soup Shooter
Third Course
Raisin Karma Lollipop Lamb Chop Paired with Jack Daniel’s No. 27 Gold
Jack Daniel’s No. 27 Gold: Process: Double mellowed through 10 feet of sugar maple, aged in handcrafted charred new white American oak barrels and finished in unique toasted maple barrels. Color: Burnished gold. Aroma: Subtle hints of rich, warm maple. Toasted oak and honey open up, followed by a complex medley of fruit. Taste: Complex, creamy vanilla with a trace of chocolate and maple notes. Hints of spice linger in the back ground. Finish: Silky smooth, a light bitterness with a hint of toasted maple.
